The Dayton Lions Club is dedicated to serving our community through volunteerism, fundraising, and charitable giving. We believe in the power of community service and work together to make Dayton a better place for all.

Our Purpose

To identify and address the needs of our community through service projects, fundraising events, and charitable donations. We support causes including vision care, youth programs, community events, and emergency assistance.

History of the Dayton Lions

1974

Club Founded

The Dayton Lions Club was chartered in 1974 by a group of dedicated community members committed to serving the Dayton, Minnesota area.

1980s

Growing Impact

Through the 1980s, the club expanded its reach with vision care programs, youth initiatives, and increased community involvement.

2000s

Strengthening Community Ties

The club deepened its commitment to local service, supporting community events, charitable giving, and vision screenings for those in need.
